These Terms & Conditions govern the use of tablevia.com and all purchases made from Nal-O-B Digital UG (haftungsbeschränkt), trading as TableVia.
The contractual seller for all products purchased through tablevia.com is Nal-O-B Digital UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Am Pfälzer Ufer 4, 06108 Halle (Saale), Germany, registered with the Commercial Register of Amtsgericht Stendal under HRB 37469.

2. Use of the Website
By using this website, you agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or provide false information when placing an order.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, availability and prices are accurate. Minor differences in colour, texture or finish may occur due to materials, lighting and display settings.
4. Prices and Payments
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required. Shipping costs are shown separately before the order is submitted. Card payments are processed securely through authorised payment service providers. Nal-O-B Digital UG (haftungsbeschränkt) does not store customers’ full card details.
5. Contract and Order Acceptance
Products displayed on the website constitute an invitation to place an order. A contract is concluded when we accept the order and send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order in the event of stock unavailability, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or another legitimate reason. Any payment already received for a cancelled order will be refunded.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options, estimated delivery times and charges are described on the Delivery Information page and displayed at checkout.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Conditions, exclusions and return instructions are described in our Refund and Returns Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law. Statutory warranty rights and mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the customer’s country of residence.
