Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days

During holidays or postal delays, delivery may take longer.

3. Delivery Costs

Shipping fees are shown at checkout and depend on:

  • package size

  • item weight

4. Tracking

Where available, you will receive a tracking link.

5. Customs & VAT

Orders inside the EU: no additional VAT charges.
Orders to the UK: VAT is applied at checkout.

6. Failed Delivery

If:

  • the address is incorrect

  • the customer does not collect the parcel
    — the order may be returned.

Re-shipping fees may apply.

7. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived:

  • We will investigate with the courier

  • Replacement or refund will be issued if parcel is confirmed lost
